My agency isn’t registered or working with Care Hires clients. Is Care Academy for me?
Yes! Care Academy can help all care staffing agencies upskill and train staff. Whether put forward for your own clients or those partnered with Care Hires.
Do I need Care Academy to access Care Hires clients?
Whilst not essential, our clients love our compliance management and having your staff trained via Care Academy will set them apart by showing you have been trained by us!
What are my payment plan options?
We have varied payment plans available to you. These include: full payment upfront, quarterly upfront or monthly upfront. Options available will be subject to credit checks carried out by Care Academy.
Will I have access to my learners certificates?
Yes. This is easily accessible via your Care Academy account. Additionally, you can be notified via email each time a certificate is issued, with a copy of the certificate attached.
Will my learners have access to their certificates?
Yes. Care Academy empowers learners development journey with full access to their certificates. Access is only stopped once the contract period is complete or if the learners account is deactivated.
Can I choose the content my learner accesses?
Yes. Care Academy supports individual learning pathways for your staff. You can create a tailored curriculum accessible to your staff only. Our enrolment feature allows you to assign the courses from our catalogue to the learner, or they can request to enrol (for free) on to any of the courses.
Will we receive certificate expiration or renewal notifications?
Yes. All learners will receive a notification 2 weeks prior to expiration of their certificate. Managers will be alerted.
