- Send a shift for cover: assign an open shift to Care Hires in Sona and it arrives with us as a job request, with the date, times and site already filled in.
- Cover out-of-hours calls: contact Care Hires support team out of hours and we post the shift straight away. Add it to Sona, and the two records are linked. Never duplicated.
- Cancel cover you no longer need: cancel a shift in Sona, or fill it with your own staff, and we stop looking for a worker.
